Enjoy a video on Havana, Cuba!

Cuba is a fascinating and still retains its authenticity like your back in 1950!  Here are some highlights .

#1 Spy Vintage Cars
Cruise Havana in a ‘50s classic American car. Due to the decades-long trade embargo, Cuba has yet to import the modern-day car so the streets are filled with iconic 1950s cars: Chevrolets, Buicks and Studebakers. Perfect for the nostalgic!
#2 Sample Fine Rum
At the Museo del Ron Havana Club, not only will you journey back to the origins of Cuba’s most renowned beverage and experience the rum-making process, you will also sample fine rums. The museum’s tasting room, with its charming wooden bars is reminiscent of the drinking establishments that made the capital famous in the 1930's.
#3 Spot Colorful Architecture
When you wander along the cobbled streets of picture-postcard Trinidad you’ll see why this made it on to our list of the top

#4 Roll Cuban Cigars
Ever wondered where the world’s finest cigars are made? Head into tobacco growing country, Pinar del Rio, to see virgins rolling cigars on their thighs and learn more about what makes Cubans so special. The plantations are equally intriguing, with their unusual limestone mountains popping up through the flat plains.
#5 Follow In Hemingway’s Footsteps
Ernest Hemingway‘s infatuation with Cuba is well-known and he even dubbed himself ‘Cubano Sato’ (Garden Variety Cuban). Visit Hemingway’s old haunts such as La Floridita in Havana, which is home to his favorite daiquiri.
#6 Kickback On White Beaches
The island life means just one thing: beaches! In Cuba, there are over 300 white Caribbean beaches for you to choose from; a Cornelian choice. Two that you might want to throw your towel down on include Playa Pilar in Cayo Guillermo and Cayo Levisa near Palma Rubia.
#7 Practice Your Salsa Moves
Music is synonymous with Cuba, and it’s impossible to leave Havana without checking out one of its many vibrant bars. Pick up a salsa move or two at Cabaret Tropicana then get ready to throw some shapes on the dance floor at Café Cantante Mi Habana near Plaza de la Revolucion.

#8 Hike Through Coffee Plantations
Hike in the Sierra Maestra Mountains to the southeast of the island, the country’s biggest mountain range. It is teeming with wonderful vista points and is also where most of Cuba’s coffee is grown.
#9 Enjoy Experiential Dining
Sample delicious cuisine at one of the local paladares (private restaurants). Here you’ll find young chefs putting a spin on Cuban classics.
#10 Discover A Unique History
Visit the wealth of colonial and modern historic sites and museums across the country. Three venues more than worth a visit include Che Guevara Mausoleum in Santa Clara, the Museum of the Revolution and Ron Havana Club museum in Havana.
